What is a patrol system?A troop shall be divided into patrols. Each patrol will have patrol corner, patrol song, patrol yell, patrol sign, patrol cry, patrol flag. Each patrol may consist of six to eight scouts inclusive of patrol leader and second.
Patrol flag
Each patrol has a flag that display the emblem of the patrol. The patrol flag is triangular in shape, white in colour with emblem in red colour the length of the base is 20cm and sides 30cms each.

Patrol call :Every scout patrol has its own distinctive patrol call. The patrol call is given by the patrol leader to get the gang together. Besides, it is used by a member of the patrol to let the others know where he is without telling the rest of the world.
Patrol corner
The patrol corner means the physical place that is allotted to the patrol in the meeting place. It could be temporary or permanent. The patrol corner must reflect the spirit of the patrol.

What is patrol in council
The patrol leader and his patrol constitute a single team. They all work together in every way. It is necessary for the patrol leader to be in touch with the wishes and desires of his patrol. He will frequently consult them about the affairs of patrol. A seating the boys of the patrol for consultation is called a patrol in council
What is Court of Honuor
The troop is organized and run as a self government institution. Its management is entrusted to a court of honour( COH) consisting of the scout master and patrol leader the seconds may be admitted as members of the court of Honour except when matters of discipline are deal with.

We planned to play troop game. Scout master suggested us the game. She told its related to law. So we learnt all nine points.

Your experience in the troop game
Each patrol lined up at the starting line. Two patrol participated in the game. Had a hudge for each patrol standing about 30 feet away holding a bucket with all the numbered papers in it. A scout runs to the judge draws out a paper and says the word of the scout law that it corresponds with.
I pulled the chit and I got the number 4 and said friendly. We got 20 points. Our opposition party got 15 points. We won the game.
The game was related to law and we were very confidents about the nine points of the laws.

Plan of the patrol game :We planned to play ‘ pocket rope’ competition. Patrols are given 2 minutes to plan. Scout master suggested us to make the longest rope using the things which are there in our pocket. We planned to use everyone’s rope, belt, neckerchiefs etc.

Your experience in the patrol game
Each patrol made a circle. On signal each patrol tried to make the longest “rope” using everyone’s rope, belts neckerchief etc. each patrol tried their level best. My patrol members were very co-operative and all helped each other to won the competition. Four patrols participated with team spirit. Two patrols used their socks too to make lick a longest rope.
We learnt the team spirit, helping nature and co-operation. We learnt to be friendly with others.
